Steps for at-home teeth whitening

  1. Visit a dentist to assess your mouth. If you have cavities, tartar or other stains, receding gums or worn teeth in any area, the dentist will treat and fix them first.
  2. After that, impressions will be taken to create a model of your teeth and used to make bleaching trays, including comparing the color of your teeth before starting the bleaching.
  3. Make an appointment to receive the bleaching trays and solution, including instructions on how to use them and how long to use them (these depend on the strength of the chosen bleaching solution, the dentist will assess and advise individually).
  4. During the bleaching process and after you have achieved satisfactory results, it is recommended to avoid eating dark-colored foods such as tea, coffee, red wine, and to stop smoking, which can cause the tooth color to darken more quickly.

At-home teeth whitening is widely accepted as safe and effective, giving you the confidence to shine brightly wherever you go.
