Who is the DTV Visa Perfect For?
Net Worth: Less than $10 million USD (If your net worth exceeds $10 million, Go for the Elite Visa).
Financial Status: Have had at least $20,000 USD in your bank account for the past year.
Work Conditions: Do not plan to run a business or get a job in Thailand (digital nomad is fine).

Stay in Thailand upto 5 years: The validity of each DTV visa is 5 years
Enjoy multiple entries: with each stay lasting up to 180 days. You can leave and re-enter Thailand as often as you like until the 5-year limit is reached.
Family Together: If one member of the family gets the DTV visa, the rest of the family can join
Option 1: Digital Nomads/Freelancers
Eligibility: Work remotely without competing for local jobs.
Requirements: Submit tax returns, showcase your remote work, and explain your digital income sources.
Option 2: Engage in Thai Activities
Eligibility: Open to anyone capable of participating in cultural activities.
Requirements: Provide an acceptance letter from an accredited and government-recognized Muay Thai gym or cooking school, showing enrollment for at least 6 months.
Option 3: Family Members
Eligibility: Spouses or children of DTV visa holders.
Requirements: Show proof of family ties, such as a marriage certificate or birth certificate.
